Olivia Rodrigo’s Daisy Chain Fields benefit festival raised $20 million for organizations supporting women and girls, organizers announced.
The one-day event in Irvine, California, featured a women-led lineup that included Chappell Roan, Doechii and Bikini Kill alongside Rodrigo. It was built around music, community organizations and reproductive-rights advocacy.
According to the Associated Press, the festival directed $10 million to 10 nonprofit groups, including Planned Parenthood and the National Women’s Law Center. Melinda French Gates and Pivotal Ventures contributed another $10 million.
The total makes the inaugural festival a major philanthropic outing as well as a high-profile concert. Organizers have not yet announced whether Daisy Chain Fields will return next year.
