Kylie Jenner handed the interview over to her toughest possible questioners: her own children. In a YouTube video posted Sunday, 8-year-old Stormi and 4-year-old Aire sat down with their mother for a family Q&A that quickly became charmingly unpredictable.
Aire opened the production with a toy clapperboard before the siblings started asking about their mother’s favorite things. Stormi even ventured into dangerous family territory by asking Kylie to name her favorite sister.
The kids supplied the real review
The funniest feedback did not require words. Both children yawned during some of Kylie’s answers, giving the beauty mogul the kind of brutally honest audience response no media training can prevent.
The loose, playful exchange offered viewers a small glimpse of Kylie’s home life away from campaigns and red carpets. She shares Stormi and Aire with Travis Scott.
Celebrity interviews are usually engineered down to the second. This one worked because the children ignored the script, changed the rhythm and reacted exactly like kids. The result was less polished, more personal and far more memorable.
Facts first. Side-eye included.
