Publisher’s opinion · Visual commentary and archival context · October 26, 2026

“She still looks like a fucking robot.” That is this website publisher’s blunt reaction to the Susan Dell footage circulating online. The comparison describes an uncanny visual impression. It is not a factual claim that Dell is an artificial or nonhuman being.

Something about that clip looks absolutely off to the publisher—robot-at-a-press-conference off. The contrast with older photographs is what makes the reaction stick for her. Call the vibe robotic, skinwalker-esque or straight out of a reptilian casting call: those are the publisher’s satirical comparisons, not an identification of a species, a medical explanation or a secret replacement operation.

Public appearances are fair territory for visual commentary. A reader can find a clip striking, awkward or uncanny without signing up for a fifty-part conspiracy thread. Apparently the internet would prefer everybody purchase the entire extended universe.

Which footage are we talking about?

There is an official White House video dated October 7, 2026, also preserved in a public-domain archive. The October appearance is older footage being discussed now, not an event that happened October 26.

There is also earlier footage from the December 2, 2025 Trump Accounts announcement. Our featured photograph comes from that earlier event. It shows Susan Dell in blue beside Michael Dell while Trump speaks; it is plainly labeled with its actual date.

Those records should not be casually swapped. A repost date, a video date and a photograph’s capture date are three different things. Calling everything “today at the White House” makes the story louder and less accurate.

The remix is its own production

An October 26 IBTimes UK report describes digitally altered dance videos using Dell’s likeness after the October appearance attracted robot comparisons. Its account concerns edited online entertainment, not proof that a real White House dance routine occurred.

Earlier, Lead Stories’ February 17 review traced a separate strange-behavior clip to the December 2025 event and identified slowed playback. That finding concerns the clip it examined. It does not authenticate or explain every later upload bearing Dell’s name.

The person behind the reaction

Dell’s foundation biography identifies her as its co-founder and board chair, with a background in philanthropy, fashion and athletics. That public record supplies basic context; it does not instruct readers how to react to a camera moment.

The publisher’s reaction remains exactly that: the presentation looks robotic to her. She does not owe the clip a flattering review. But the dated material and the remixes should remain visible alongside the joke, so readers know what they are judging.

Gen X survived enough animatronic restaurant bands to recognize an uncanny vibe. We can say a clip gives us one without pretending the resulting joke is a newly discovered government document.
